“Activate Youth
Camp’’ is focused on building support networks for the
participants through friendship and trust, self-belief, self-respect, motivation
and a positive attitude. The participants will develop and harness methods,
tools and skills to overcome the challenges encountered by today's youth, also
to develop basic personal and social skills.

During these 7
days, the students will participate in team building activities; The Camp which
is targeted towards children in public schools but not limited to them will also
challenge students physically, mentally and emotionally on individual basis throughout
the program. It will provide its participants with a supportive environment to
grow and develop as all participants learn and benefit in their own unique way.
The objective
of Activate Youth Camp is Personal Development and Skill acquisition through
interactive youth engaging activities. The approach in achieving the objectives
is to organize youth camps and vacation programs that impart valuable skills and
also provide a platform and opportunity to meet with prominent and reputable
people (role models) who are willing to impact this knowledge in them.
The base objective is to awaken the
hidden potentials in each of the participants. “I have it in me”

Youth Camp enjoys robust partnership with the Public, Social, Private and Corporate
sector including The Lagos State Ministry of Education, Office of Transformation,
Metro FM and a host of others
Activate Youth Camp is a brain child of Annie’s Place, an organization set out
to provide a comprehensive development for children up to age 18, reaching each
child with the Love of God thereby impacting the total child.
Annie’s Place also
equips teachers and parents with the tools required to function better. According
to Kikelomo Omooba, the Managing Partner, Annie’s place ‘looks to EMPOWER the child to attain their God-given potentials with
training and coaching in all areas of personal development and make a difference
in the world of children ministry. We encourage partnerships and development in
the child development sector’.
