Adebimpe Adebimpe Katherina Afolabi, is a prolific song writer and singer.

Bimpe released her first album in 2011, titled “Joy in the city” ,it was an audio cd.
It comprises of songs that she was inspired to write, amongst which are Hosanah ta lo dabire, joy in the city, Child of a king, Wazobia , Ose Baba, Kabiyesi etc. She recently released two new singles titled "Created to worship"and Orintuntun.
She has also been privileged to compose several Christmas songs, namely “Christmas in the air”, “Messiah”, “Something about Christmas’ 'Silent Night' (all of which has been featured in Daystar Carols) and very recently released a christmas single titled " Olugbala".
Kathy, as she is fondly called by friends is the author of a book titled " Melodies from Heaven". It is a book on the art, act and heart of song writing.
She is also the convener of SWS (Songwriter and Singer) Seminars. This is a pet project aimed at nurturing the youths on the Art of writing good quality songs that will add value to lives.
Adebimpe is also the publisher of Melodies from heaven Magazine. This magazine was birthed to aid the Seminar teachings and give a summary of the trainings while at the same time showcasing gospel artists.
She is the leader of the Melodies from Heaven Band.
